damn i cant post links til i post 50 posts. so far this is my first thread that actually got momentum going. Effort is defined as: Exertion of physical or mental power. It’s designed to help you burn fat, increase your endurance and strength, and increase muscle definition without needing any equipment It also includes a nutrition guide, an accountability coach, and access other workouts on Beachbody on Demand. Heck, if you notice, everyone in the INSANITY Cast is taking breaks as well. Insanity Max 30 is an effective, total-body workout program for advanced exercisers. It doesn’t even mean that you keep up with us on the DVD. When I say effort I don’t mean to do the workout better than Shaun T. ive heard of many doing hybrid programs, some lifting weights and doing month 2 insanity videos at the same time! but id love to see peoples opinions here. But the 1 Tip to see INSANITY Workout Results is. Ive researched alot about twitchy muscles and alot of stuff basically pointed towards plyometrics or insanity. the one thing i noticed when i was lifting heavy was no matter how strong i got, it didnt help me throw tailwhips any faster (bike trick) and i know i was ONLY doing heavy stuff, no speed/cardio training whatsoever. Anything over that will cause an abundance and lead to weight gain. For example, a normal diet consists of about 2000 to 2500 calories daily. This hunger is great but, only if tamed by healthy foods. As a result, it boosts metabolism and we wind up feeling hungry. anyways, i used to lift alot while also riding, lots of times both in one day, some days my arms would be torn from doing that, but in the long run, i was very built (didnt realize it then til i lost it) and now id like to get back to that, but id also like to do insanity as many days possible for the cardio and speed. The Insanity workout burns a lot of calories each day. I can exercise but gotta wait another month or 2 to actually ride some bmx like a mad man. I ride BMX, im currently off of it for now cus i has surgery. I know I often do while playing basketball. So whereas you might get slimmer and more "athletic" you might lose strength and muscle mass. You might end up having trouble keeping up with both weight lifting and the program. There are better conditioning drills you could do for your specific sport. However, if you're trying to get more athletic for a SPECIFIC sport, that might not be the route to go. I'm sure if you stick to the actual program it would help. My friend is going to try insanity soon (doesn't have the money to join a gym). It helped increase some of my lifts and motivated me to start lifting more often. But that's neither here nor there.Įven with all my half-assedness, I did see some improvements. I probably would have been more serious w/ it, but I was doing it in a college apartment and I guess the comments from my friends and roommates as they saw me kind of discouraged me. I didn't exactly stick with the program, missed workouts all the time, did some halfway to completion, and would pause the tapes a lot to catch my breath.
